Use & Dosage
Training days: the basic daily dose is 5 g after training. An additional dose of 5 g can be taken in the evening before going to bed.
Non-training days: you can stop use or continue with a dose of 5 g twice a day. Take the last dose in the evening before going to bed.
1 level scoop = approximately 5 g. Measure according to the recommended dosage and mix with a sports drink. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and use within 4 months.
