Use & dosage
Mix one serving of 40 g with 240 ml of water. Depending on your daily protein needs, consume 1-2 servings per day, between meals.
The maximum daily dose is 80 g.
1 scoop = approximately 18 g for the chocolate flavour
1 scoop = approximately 16 g for the vanilla flavour
Measure and mix in a shaker according to the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ºC and use within 3 months.
