Applied Nutrition Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid (EFA) derived from fish oil, rich in EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Since the human body is unable to synthesise Omega 3 on its own, it is essential that we obtain these through our diet.
Use & Dosage
Take 1 softgel up to 3 times per day, preferably with food. The recommended intake is in the morning, afternoon and evening.
