Applied Nutrition Critical Mass is a lean all-in-one mass gainer, developed for people who struggle to gain body mass, also known as hardgainers. It contains proteins, carbohydrates, creatine, amino acids, HICA, glutamine, chromium, leucine, HMB, ALA, digestive enzymes and probiotics.
Use & Dosage
Mix 2.5 scoops (150 g) with 500 ml of water or skimmed milk and shake well in a shaker bottle. Consume 1–3 servings per day, depending on your calorie requirements.
Critical Mass is a carbohydrate-rich shake and pairs perfectly with Applied Nutrition's GDA (Glucose Disposal Agent) i-Drive insulin driver.
