Applied Nutrition 100% Casein Protein is a protein powder based on micellar casein, ideal for consumption before sleep. Made from 100% grass-fed cows and formulated with premium ingredients. It also contains the patented ingredients DigeZyme® and LactoSpore®.
Use & dosage
Mix 2 scoops (30 grams) with 500 ml of water or milk in an Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid, the thicker the shake). Shake and consume. Best used just before bedtime for optimal results, but can also be taken between meals or 2-3 times per day.
