Nutrend Multicomplex Compressed Caps is a powerful combination of multivitamins and minerals, providing complete daily support.
Use & dosage
Take a maximum of 1 capsule of Multivitamin Compressed Caps and 1 capsule of Multimineral Compressed Caps per day. Follow the recommended dosage, swallow the capsules whole and take them with plenty of water. Milk and alcoholic beverages are not suitable. Do not chew the capsules!
Warnings
Food supplement. Multivitamin Compressed Caps contains caffeine (8 mg per capsule) – not suitable for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding women. Does not replace a varied diet. Do not take on an empty stomach. The use of other products containing green tea should not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage advice
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from heat, moisture and frost. For best before date and batch number, see the label.

Nutrend Multicomplex Compressed Caps is a food supplement containing a combination of vitamins, minerals and plant extracts. The product consists of two types of capsules: a multivitamin capsule for the morning and a multimineral capsule for the evening.
What's inside?
Multivitamin capsule (morning):
- Contains 12 vitamins, including A, C, D, E and various B vitamins.
- Also contains colostrum, green tea extract, alpha-lipoic acid and black pepper extract.
Multimineral capsule (evening)
- Contains 6 minerals: magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, chromium and selenium.
- Some minerals are present in chelated form.
Usage
- Take 1 multivitamin capsule in the morning with water.
- Take 1 multimineral capsule in the evening with water.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Important information
- Contains caffeine (8 mg per multivitamin capsule).
- Not suitable for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding women.

Multivitamin Compressed Caps: Colostrum (min. 30 % immunoglobulins), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), gelatine capsule (gelatine, colour iron oxide), green tea extract (50 % polyphenols, 15 % EGCG – epigallocatechin gallate, 8 % caffeine), DL-α-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), nicotinamide (vitamin B3), filler magnesium stearate, calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), α-lipoic acid, retinyl palmitate (vitamin A, contains fish gelatine), anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), black pepper extract (95 % piperine) – Bioperine®, folic acid (vitamin B9), D-biotin (vitamin H), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
