Mix a dose of 20 grams in 250-300 ml water. Take in the morning on an empty stomach. Be mindful of the increased fluid intake! 20 grams = 3/4 of the scoop. Stir into the water according to the recommended dosage. Shake well before use. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and use within 2 months.
